Process Painting for mamas

It's hard to take time for self-care as a new mom. The simple act of painting without focusing on an end-product can be an easy activity for recharging and reflecting. 

Join us to learn about the nourishing benefits of Process Art while raising little ones. 

Moms on mat leave have a lot of activities for baby, but this one is specifically designed for the moms. 

There will be baby-safe art supplies. Babies can  also nap, crawl around, play, eat etc. Also, if you want to leave baby at home, there's no requirement for them to join :)

All painting supplies are provided. We'll use tempera paint which is water-soluble and non-toxic.
